Update your email address or account information
Newsletters: Review your current newsletter subscriptions here. To cancel a newsletter subscription, go to the unsubscribe page.
Paid products: To ask questions about a premium service or to cancel your purchase, go to the paid services page.
Changing your email address: If you want to update the email address associated with your member name, you cannot use an email address that is already associated with another member name in our system OR an address that was used to subscribe to a newsletter. To merge accounts, please email Customer Service. You will be asked to provide information to verify that you are the owner of both accounts.
Canceling your iVillage membership: If you have comments or suggestions, email feedback@mail.ivillage.com.
To cancel your membership, email unsubscribes@mail.ivillage.com from the email account you used to join iVillage. Please include your member name, the email addresses you have used during your membership and your first and last name.
