Credit & Debit Cards
For premium product purchases, iVillage accepts the following forms of secure online payment: Visa * MasterCard * American Express * Discover * Debit cards with a Visa or MasterCard symbol on them

We can only accept U.S. funds. If you need help calculating an exchange rate, please contact your bank. For your security, all online transactions are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption.

Checks & Money Orders
We regret that we cannot accept personal checks or money orders at this time.

Updating Credit Card Information
To update your credit card information, go to the Member Profile page and click on "Manage your purchases and billing information" in the box titled Premium Products.

Updating the Email Address Associated with Your Account
To update your email address, go to the Member Profile page. In the box titled Personal Information, click on the "Edit this information" link.

International Purchases
Premium services are available to U.S. and Canadian citizens. Although citizens of other countries are welcome to participate in iVillage's free content and services, international regulations governing Internet purchases vary from country to country, so we are not able to offer premium services to citizens of countries other than the U.S. or Canada.

Changing Your Method of Payment
To use a different credit or debit card to pay for your services, go to Customer Support's Contact Us page. Select the name of the product you've purchased from the drop-down menu. In the text field, please include your phone number. (Note: To protect your account information, do NOT put your credit card number in the text field.)

Billing Cycles
Your credit card will be charged for the full amount due at the time you make your purchase. The payment is immediately transferred from your credit card to our transaction processor, who in turn will transfer the payment to our merchant account within three to four business days.

For recurring charges (such as the Fertility Planner), you will be billed based on your initial sign-up date. For example, if you sign up on January 5 for monthly access and pay for that first month, your next charge will be on February 5.

Credit Card Expiration
You will be notified by email prior to your credit card's expiration date. The notification will be sent to the email address you used to make the purchase. Please call the phone number in the notification so we can update your payment information and you can continue your subscription without interruption.

Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your subscription to a premium product, go to the Member Profile page. In the box titled Premium Products, click on the "Manage your purchases and billing information" link. On the following page, click Product Cancellation.

Account Security
iVillage uses industry-standard tools to ensure that your information is secure and confidential. We have numerous security measures in place to protect you from the loss or misuse of any of the information you submit to us, including credit card information. To access your member information or account information, you must enter a password. We recommend that you do not share your password with anyone.
