Don't forget -- you're hot enough for two! Walking outside is recommended for most pregnant women, and why not? Some fresh air can do wonders, but when the temperatures are hitting the mid-to-upper 80's, you may want to stick inside with the air conditioner. Those temps are hot enough already, and with your baby acting as your own personal furnace, you won't want to be any warmer than necessary. So when the Weather Channel is predicting those all-time highs, make a date with your A/C and find some fun stuff to do inside. (We know you don't mind looking for nursery and baby ideas on Pinterest for hours…)
