Chill (Literally) With Your Air Conditioner

Don't forget -- you're hot enough for two! Walking outside is recommended for most pregnant women, and why not? Some fresh air can do wonders, but when the temperatures are hitting the mid-to-upper 80's, you may want to stick inside with the air conditioner.
