The Swap: Creamy Chicken, Broccoli and Grain One-Pot

Cook brown rice, then during the last 20 minutes of cooking, stir in diced chicken breast and small broccoli florets. Cover and steam until the chicken is cooked and broccoli is tender. A little Philadelphia Cooking Creme, stretched with nonfat plain Greek yogurt for thicker texture, makes a creamy sauce with a lot of flavor.
