The unique combination of ingredients in the sauce makes it so flavorful (I've licked my plate clean when no one was looking), and it can be prepared and baked in the same dish making cleanup quick!
| 1/2 c Olive Oil | 3 tbsp Chopped Parsley | |
| 2 tbsp Lemon Juice | 1 tbsp Creole Seasoning | |
| 2 tbsp Honey | 1 lb uncooked large shrimp, peeled and deveined | |
| 1 tbsp Soy Sauce | 1 lb Angle Hair Pasta |
Combine the Olive Oil, lemon juice, honey, soy sauce, Creole seasoning, with two of the tablespoons of chopped parsley in a 9x13" baking dish and mix well.
Add the shrimp and mix until well coated.
Marinate in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes or until shrimp are cooked through.
While shrimp is cooking prepare Angel Hair Pasta according to package directions.
Serve shrimp atop pasta, and spoon the flavorful sauce over top.
Top with remaining parsley.
