A traditional Middle Eastern salad made with chopped fresh herbs (mainly flat-leaf parsley but also mint), bulgur, diced tomato, and scallion and dressed with extra-virgin olive oil and lemon juice. This recipe involves a lot of chopping, but the herbs can also be chopped using a food processor - just be sure to use the pulse button with discretion, or the herbs will start to turn into a paste.
