The nasty she said/she said battle between Melissa Etheridge and Tammy Lynn Michaels continues to escalate, as Michaels has taken to her blog to, once again, hurl harsh accusations at the singer.
"Pays all the bills...not entirely true," Michaels wrote, in response to Etheridge's lawyer's claim that the singer is financially supporting her former partner. "Pays all the bills she chooses to pay (and) pays all the bills her people think are important enough to pay is more accurate."
Michaels, 35, says she's been left with no money for food by Etheridge, 49, who she exchanged vows with in 2003. "When I went to get cash just last week (to eat) ... not enough funds," she says. "What the f*** is marriage all about anyway? I thought I did everything I was supposed to do. Support support support. love family, be there, love, right?"
Etheridge and Michaels split earlier this year, both citing irreconcilable differences when Etheridge filed to end their domestic partnership. Michaels, who gave birth to the couple's twins in 2006, is asking for full legal and physical custody of their children.
