This Target Customer Was on Hold for How Many Hours with Customer Service?

Obviously, she had nothing else to do with her time, right?

"Hi, thank you for calling Blah Blah Company, can you please hold?" Words that fill all of us with dread.

Imagine if that hold lasted ... wait for it ... six hours. SIX HOURS!

This really happened to Katie Johnson, an Arizona woman who had her Target delivery of an iPod Nano stolen from her front stoop -- just in time for Christmas, oh we feel for this woman!

After calling UPS, she was told that Target would need to file a claim since the package was stolen before she took possession. This is where the story goes from wrong to head-explodingly wrong.

She tweeted, emailed and called repeatedly, and if the screenshot she sent to her local news station 3TV is accurate, was on hold for six hours. Granted, Target was probably getting slammed with irate callers who had their credit card information compromised the week before, but we'd like to think you wouldn't leave a customer on hold for a mind-numbing six hours.

See the report from 3TV and judge for yourself.
