| 1/4 cup olive oil | 2 cloves garlic, minced | |
| 1/4 cup Dijon mustard | 1 teaspoon dried tarragon | |
| 3 tablespoons lemon juice | 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper | |
| 3 tablespoons lime juice | 8 chicken thighs, skinned |
Combine olive oil, mustard, lemon juice, lime juice, garlic, tarragon and pepper in shallow dish.
Add chicken.
Cover and chill for 30 minutes, turning occasionally.
Remove chicken from marinade.
Grill chicken, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat for 8 to 10 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
Top with lime slices, if desired.
