    2 ounces coconut rum 2 ounces pineapple juice
    5 ounces coconut water Fresh pineapple for garnish

      In a large glass or cocktail shaker filled halfway with ice, mix all of the ingredients. Shake well, pour into an ice filled glass, garnish with pineapple chunks and serve.
