Anyone who's familiar with the Twilight films knows that Taylor Lautner boasts some serious abs -- and his werewolf character, Jacob Black, loves to show them off.
As Breaking Dawn - Part 2 hits theaters on Nov. 16, the franchise is coming to an end. But have no fear, ladies. The 20-year-old actor insists his swoon-worthy muscles are here to stay.
"I just like staying healthy," he tells iVillage. "And I'm a sports freak, so I'm always playing sports. So, I can't help it!"
Lautner -- who was just a kid when he first signed on as Bella Swan's best friend -- also dished to iVillage about how he's changed from the first film to the fifth.
"From 15 years old to 20 years old, you're bound to transform quite a bit," he says. "But with this, it was at an accelerated rate....It was like going to college for four or five years and learning so much."
Watch our exclusive video interview to find out why Lautner thinks Jacob and Bella would have made a really good couple and why the last day of filming was "very, very different" from the first.
