Now that The Twilight Saga has officially ended as a film franchise, star Taylor Lautner has a helpful suggestion or two about how author Stephenie Meyer could extend the cultural phenomenon. Twi-hards' favorite werewolf explained to MTV that there's no need to stop with just five movies.
"How about a musical? That would be fun!" Lautner told MTV News when asked about how the Twilight universe could continue.
But the ideas didn't stop with a musical rendition of the human-vampire love story. "What about a reality TV show?" the 20-year-old star suggested.
But when asked how that would work, Lautner wasn't quite sure.
"I haven't thought about that part yet," he confessed, laughing.
If the saga does end up as a musical or television program, Lautner has some words of wisdom for whomever ends up filling his shoes (and his amazing six pack) as the hunky Jacob Black (whose shirtless scenes are the stuff of legend among Twilight audiences).
"I'll say 'Have fun,' because this character has been unreal to me," Lautner told MTV News at the Breaking Dawn -- Part 2 premiere last week. "Truly, I can't imagine a cooler character to play over the past few years. Have fun with it and enjoy it."
