Kanye West and Taylor Swift may have let it all out on the VMA stage last night (with both artists debuting new songs which referenced their infamous confrontation last year). But it was what you didn't see and hear that really settled the score once and for all.
A source spilled to US Weekly that West, 33, and Swift, 20, put their beef behind them backstage at the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards. "Kanye got word she was going to do the song about him and wanted to talk it out," the source claims. "Taylor felt bad. They talked and everything is good between them now."
But don't expect any juicy details on what exactly was said between the famous frienemies. "They promised to keep what they spoke about between them," the source says.
West has been apologetic towards Swift since the fallout. Last week the rapper even Twittered, "It starts with this...I'm sorry Taylor." But he still received boos from some audience members during his performance, in which he gave a shout-out to "d-----bags" and "a--holes."
Looks like not everyone is ready to forgive and forget.
