Taylor Swift has tried her hand at singing and acting -- even hosting Saturday Night Live. Now the 19-year-old is spreading her wings even further and will be creating a line of paper goods for American Greetings.
Taylor is set to design greeting cards, gift packaging, stationery, online photo personalization products and online greetings for the company. Her creations will be available online and in store in spring 2010.
Taylor's music has a way of connecting with experiences and emotions we've all felt, and American Greetings is using that to their advantage. The company says the songstress' goal is to develop and create a line of cards and products that reflect and demonstrate not only her personality, but bring her stories and words to life. “My idea of a great song is a song that says how I feel better than I could. I feel the same way about greeting cards,” Taylor said in a statement about the new venture.
