Life is sweet for 19-year-old Taylor Swift. At last night's Country Music Assocation Awards, the musical sensation became the youngest person to ever win the night's most coveted award – Entertainer of the Year.
"I will never forget this moment because in this moment everything I have ever wanted has just happened to me," she said, as tears ran down her face.
But, the big award was just the cherry on top for Taylor, who also took home three other trophies, including album of the year and female vocalist of the year, in which she beat out the show's co-host, Carrie Underwood.
In addition to all that excitement, Taylor got to kick-off the broadcast with her new tune, "Forever and Always," presumably written about some of her past broken relationships. "If guys don't want me to write bad songs about them, then they shouldn't do bad things," Taylor told Nancy O' Dell in a taped segment played just prior to her performance, before cameras cut away to the stage where Taylor threw some furniture.
The night's other big winners included Brad Paisley, who won male vocalist of the year, and Sugarland, who won vocal duo of the year, both for the third year in a row. Congrats to all the night's winners!
