Taylor Swift does not want alleged nude photos of her -- or even anyone who looks like her -- floating around the Internet.
The 21-year-old country star has reportedly sent a cease-and-desist order to gossip site Celebrity Jihad, which over the weekend posted a photo of a topless curly-haired blonde girl lying on a bed and claimed that the image was a "leaked" picture of Swift.
The photo in question was tagged with the headline "Taylor Swift Topless Private Pic Leaked?" According to TMZ, Swift's team sent Celebrity Jihad a letter insisting that the person in the photo is not Taylor and that the post contains "false pornographic images and false 'news'" about Swift. The letter demanded that Celebrity Jihad remove the image, and threatened to sue for trademark infringement if the site does not comply.
Though Celebrity Jihad has acknowledged receipt of Swift's letter, the site has yet to remove the NSFW photo -- which, to be honest, does not appear to be of Swift. Now, according to the New York Daily News, a formal lawsuit could be the next step.
Swift's camp has to yet to comment on the matter, and a representative for Celebrity Jihad tells TMZ that the site is "considering its options." But we're betting Celebrity Jihad will back down pretty soon. We all saw how well things turned out for the Scarlett Johansson nude photo hacker.
