Talk about spending quality time with your fans! Grammy-winning pop/country star Taylor Swift has announced she will be holding a 13-hour meet-and-greet with fans at Nashville's CMA Music Festival on, coincidentally enough, June 13.
According to her official website TaylorSwift.com, the event at Nashville's Bridgestone Arena will begin at 8 a.m. where Swift will spend 13 straight hours trying to meet as many fans as possible (except at 2 p.m., when the "Love Story" singer is scheduled to perform a short acoustic set).
Even better? The event is open and free to the public! People reports that Swift said in a statement, "My favorite thing about CMA Music Fest has always been getting to spend time with the fans. So this year I wanted to figure out a way to meet as many of them as possible."
The 20-year-old singer went on to tweet to fans this morning, "So I decided that since my lucky number is 13, I'm gonna sign for that many hours at CMA fest! Come say hi?"
Of course, Swift's marathon meet-and-greet isn't the only good deed she's done in Music City lately. In response to the deadly Nashville floods that ravaged the region, Swift donated $500,000 to relief efforts.
