It was a real fairytale night for teen sensation Taylor Swift, who was the absolute golden girl of last night's CMT awards.
For the second year in a row, Taylor, 19, snagged both the honors for Video of the Year and Female Video of the Year. Beating out big names like Carrie Underwood and Sugarland for the fan-chosen awards, Taylor acknowledged the people in the industry who have inspired her.
"I wanna thank CMT for letting me live so many of my dreams this year!" she shouted out, while accepting her Video of the Year award for "Love Story". "I want to thank Shania Twain for always making such theatrical videos and I want to thank Garth Brooks for always putting his fans first. I take my cues from you. And I want to thank my little brother, Austin, for agreeing to be my date tonight."
Other big winners of the night were Brad Paisley, Rascal Flatts, and, yes, even Kid Rock.
Oh, what a night!
