'Teen Mom' Amber Portwood Caught in Nude Photo Scandal

The controversial reality star says she's "devastated" that a friend stole the pics and sold them to a gossip website

Controversial Teen Mom star Amber Portwood has landed herself in a bit of a scandal -- of the clothes-free pictorial variety. Portwood, 20, posed nude for a friend with a camera phone, and (of course) the photos have found their way onto the Internet (via RadarOnline.com). We know the pics are recent, too, because in them Portwood is showing off that enormous tattoo of her 2-year-old daughter Leah that she had done back in December.

According to Radar's photo source, Amber posed for the pics because she "fancies herself an old-fashioned pin-up girl." But shortly after the images were published, Amber insisted to MTV that she never intended for them to be seen.

"I'm devastated that these pictures were stolen from my phone and sold by someone I trusted," the young mother told MTV's Remote Control Blog. "It makes me sad that anyone would do this, and I'm horrified that something so private is being shared publicly. It's been a difficult year, and I just want to focus on what's important in my life -- my daughter."

Well, we're glad she has her priorities straight on paper (even if her cell phone pics tell a different story). Now she'll have to convince a judge. Portwood is facing felony charges for beating up Leah's father, Gary Shirley, while MTV's cameras were rolling for an episode of Teen Mom. She's also dealing with rumors that she's pregnant again -- and , while it's hard to see past that gigantic tattoo, it's definitely possible that the nude photos reveal a baby bump. Either way, we sure hope something inspires Amber to star acting more like a mom and less like a reality star.
