It turns out that Debra Danielson, the mother of Teen Mom's Farrah Abraham, was very wrong about the things her daughter is capable of doing. Not only has the 21-year-old actually made a sex tape -- an action she initially denied -- but now she's trying to make millions selling it.
According to an interview with TMZ, Abraham says she simply made the video to "immortalize her smokin' hot 21-year-old body -- for her personal collection." She enlisted porn star James Deen to be featured in the tape with her, leading the public to assume that this was professionally made. Deen told TMZ that Abraham's plan all along was to sell the tape to the public, which she now is doing. The reality star told TMZ that her lawyer is dealing with a porn company, and that she will "not be settling for anything less than a couple million."
This comes not long after Abraham's mother denied that her daughter would ever shoot a porn.
"My daughter has never expressed interest in things like that. She was not brought up that way," Danielson told TMZ. "We have religious beliefs."
Even more unsettling is Abraham's comment about her co-star in the video: "If my ex-boyfriend Derek were alive, I would've rather it had been him with me," she told TMZ, referencing the 2008 death of her baby's father, Derek Underwood. This claim makes it sound like Abraham was looking to take the Kim Kardashian route to fame via a leaked (or "leaked") personal sex tape.
Deen backs up that idea: "I think what happened is that [the porn company was] going to pass it off as a 'sex tape,'" he tells TMZ. "Everybody's trying to make it this story, but really [Farrah] wanted to make a sex tape."
What will her mother -- and daughter Sophia -- think of her now?
