The Montalvo family in Houston got a lot of love from cupid on Feb. 14, when mom Tressa delivered quadruplets -- with two sets of identical twins, Today reports. Conceived without fertility treatments (a one in 70 million chance!), the four baby boys -- Ace, Blaine, Cash and Dylan -- join big brother Memphis. With five boys, dad Manuel tells the news show he wants to keep trying for a girl. "My husband was quick to answer for us in interviews," Tressa tells Today. "For myself, I thought, 'OK, can we get through this first before I answer that?'" All we can say is oh, boy.
