Worried about a weird symptom? Look it up in this app’s comprehensive database of diseases and treatments. Need a doctor when you’re traveling? This app’s got your back with a nationwide directory of U.S. hospitals, urgent care centers, retail clinics and pharmacies and listings for 750,000 physicians across 350 specialties, complete with doctor bios and patient reviews. Their GPS also pinpoints the nearest doctor’s office or medical center and shows you how to get there. It even lets you know what your wait time will be at the nearest ER -- and in an emergency, the app can call 9-1-1.
