The third trimester is a busy time and can be quite stressful for you, your partner and baby's siblings. The roles and dynamics within the family are changing, as Mom may not be able to assume the same responsibilities she once did. If you're at home on bed rest or modified bed rest, you may experience heightened anxiety. It's a good time to work on communication with all family members. Let your feelings and needs be known.
These last few weeks may be increasingly uncomfortable, with added weight, strong kicks from baby, swelling, back pain and interrupted sleep. Discuss relief measures with your care provider or clinic nurse, talk to other mothers, take time for yourself '- and look forward to the joy that is imminently arriving in your life!
We wish you a happy birth day.
