Best tip for sticking with your diet: "If you are really in the mood for something off the plan, eat a small amount of it (three bites or so) right then so the thought is out of your mind and you can move on to being back on the diet. Also, don't kick yourself for eating one thing off the plan and figure you ruined it for the day. Just say, `OK, I let myself have that, now I need to move on and be back on track'."-Kelly_j2009
