Hasn't Hollywood learned anything from Paris Hilton? Apparently spending seven months in jail wasn't enough to teach T.I. his lesson, as the rapper has once again found himself in legal trouble.
T.I. and his new wife, Tameka “Tiny” Cottle, were pulled over in L.A. Wednesday night for making an illegal U-turn on Sunset Boulevard. After officers smelled marijuana, a search was conducted and the two were placed under arrest for drug possession.
Both were released earlier this morning after paying a $10,000 bail each. Upon returning home, Tiny took to her Twitter page to thank her fans. “Just wanted 2say thank u 2every1 dats been leaving encouraging msgs & prayers!" the BET reality star posted. "We love u guys :-)going 2bed now! So glad 2b n a nice clean bed.”
The couple tied the knot on July 30. In March the 29-year-old rapper completed a seven-month stint in prison for weapon charges. He is still on probation, and last night’s run-in could send the newlywed back to jail.
