In an effort to recover from the devastating reports of adultery, Tiger Woods and Elin Nordegren are undergoing intensive marriage counseling in their Florida mansion, the Chicago Sun-Times reports. According to the paper, the couple is having marital counseling sessions several times a day, while they stay secluded in the privacy of their 6,692 sq. ft., three-level, 8-bedroom home in Windemere, Fla.
The Daily Beast.com is reporting that, though the couple may be in counseling, it may only be so Elin can find a way to stay with Tiger for a little longer. A source told the Web site that Elin is negotiating an immediate $5 million payout from the golfer and revising her prenup, reported at $20 million at the time of their marriage, to give her as much as $55 million if she stays with Tiger for two more years.
Though Tiger didn't come right out and say that he cheated on Elin, he did apologize for "letting his family down." The couple, who have been married since 2004, have two children together, Sam Alexis, 2, and Charlie Axel, who was born in February.
