Is Tiger Woods in Sex Rehab?

Where exactly has Tiger Woods been hiding since his sex scandal broke? Nobody's certain, but a writer for New York Times Magazine claims the shamed golfer is getting help in sex rehab.

Benoit Denizet-Lewis says he has confirmed with a staffer at Gentle Path (a sex addiction program at Pine Grove, a Hattiesburg, Miss., treatment center) that Tiger is there. The center itself does not, of course, identify any of their patients.

According to its website, Gentle Path is a program "for those suffering from sexual addiction, relationship addiction and sexual anorexia."

Denizet-Lewis, who has also battled a sex addiction, says that Woods' wife could be joining him at the center.

"If Tiger and his wife, Elin, are serious about repairing their marriage," he writes, "she will be spending some time in Hattiesburg with Tiger."

Another typical requirement for rehabilitation: patients must sign a "celibacy contract" -- a promise "not to have sex with anyone, or to masturbate, while in treatment," Denizet-Lewis explains.
