Tips for Easing Morning Sickness

"When I scheduled my first appointment, my doctor gave me samples of three different prenatal vitamins. I tried all three and only one didn't make me sick. I have been told that a lot of women have nauseous reactions to different prenatal vitamins. You should probably call your doctor and see if she can give you some samples of different vitamins so you can try them first and find one that you like. And if you do get morning sickness, don't think that you have to grin and bear it. My doctor gave me some great medicine that took almost all my nausea away."

"I always had to eat before taking my prenatal vitamins otherwise I would get very sick. Try eating before you take them, and see if you still experience the nausea."

"More advice about taking prenatal vitamins -- take them right before you go to bed. That worked great for me and I never once got sick taking them."
