Looks like Billy Ray Cyrus is having an achy breaky heart. After 17 years of marriage, Miley Cyrus' parents, Billy Ray and Tish, filed for divorce on Oct. 27. "As you can imagine, this is a very difficult time for our family," the couple said in a statement to People. "We are trying to work through some personal matters. We appreciate your thoughts and prayers." The Cyruses, who are parents to five children, cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for their split.
