This is a simple and wonderful snack; it's also great with a glass of beer. Kick up the heat if you like by adding a little more cayenne.
|2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted||Pinch cayenne pepper|
|1 tablespoon curry powder||1 cup raw pumpkin seeds|
|1/2 teaspoon kosher salt|
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Place on a baking sheet and cook for 4 to 7 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and cool.
Serve or store in an airtight container.
