    2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted Pinch cayenne pepper
    1 tablespoon curry powder 1 cup raw pumpkin seeds
    1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

      Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

      Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

      Place on a baking sheet and cook for 4 to 7 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.
