Someone thinks Tom Cruise may be using his experience in all his Mission Impossible roles for personal use.
The actor, in addition to his attorney Bert Fields and private investigator Anthony Pellicano, is being sued by Michael Davis Sapir, who claims the three men worked together to spy on him.
Sapir and Cruise have been adversaries for years. In 2001, Cruise sued Sapir for $100 million, after Sapir claimed he had a video proving that he and the actor had a "homosexual relationship." The suit was later settled, and both parties acknowledged that the tape did not exist. But, now, Sapir says that Pellicano, working for Cruise, tapped his phone while the case was in litigation.
He is now suing Cruise and his crew for $5 million.
Bert Fields told TMZ.com that "The allegations are absolute garbage."
