On June 29, Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes shocked fans when they announced the end of their five-year marriage. "Kate has filed for divorce and Tom is deeply saddened and is concentrating on his three children (Tom is father to Suri with Katie, and has two older children from his previous marriage to Nicole Kidman)," his rep said in a statement. Now, less than two months later, sources have revealed that their divorce has been finalized and TomKat is now officially a thing of the past. According to People, the two will remain on speaking terms for the sake of their 6-year-old -- "They are both going to do what's best for Suri." Since filing for divorce, Katie has kept a high profile as she and Suri settle in to living in New York City and she is scheduled to star on Broadway this fall in Dead Accounts. Meanwhile, Tom has generous visitation rights and has managed to spend time with his daughter in between promoting and filming movies, taking her everywhere from the Hamptons to Disney World.
