Eating Celery Burns Calories
The difference between the calories burned from chewing and digesting celery and the calories you ingest is so minuscule that there is virtually no impact on weight loss. However, celery is very low in calories—it contains 8 to 10 calories a stalk and is 95 percent water—so snacking on it will keep you on track.
