There are all kinds of lavender-scented products on the market, but it’s just as easy (and less pricey) to make your own. Simply slip a lavender-flower sachet into your pillowcase, or make a lavender-scented mist by mixing lavender oil with water in a spray bottle. Another option is to add a few drops of lavender oil to an unscented oil such as almond or olive, and then dab a bit on your upper lip at bedtime.
