After struggling through a performance on Saturday, Travis Barker and Blink 182 just couldn't do it again Monday.
The band cited "the circumstances surrounding the unfortunate and untimely passing of our dear friend Adam 'DJ AM' Goldstein," as the reason for the cancellation of their Saratoga Springs gig.
"We thank all of our fans for their support in this tough time," they said as part of their statement.
Performers need to take personal days every now and then, too. We hope they find the strength to hit the stage for their next scheduled performance.
