Travis Barker Gets Secret Settlement from Jet Crash

Travis Barker has settled his lawsuit with the makers of the Lear jet that crashed while he was on board in September 2008.

The accident killed four others, while the Blink-182 drummer and his friend Adam "DJ AM" Goldstein were the only two that walked away from what Travis deemed a "defective" aircraft.

The terms of the settlement were not disclosed, a spokesman for the Los Angeles Superior Court told E! News, and the documents have been sealed.

Travis first filed a negligence lawsuit against the companies on Nov. 22, 2008, and was asking for a minimum of $25,000 in damages, insisting the fatal crash was the result of a failure of one or more tires on the runway, as well as the pilot's "negligent attempt to abort the takeoff."

DJ AM had also filed a similar suit before he accidentally overdosed in August. He was seeking approximately $20 million from the jet company. His suit is still pending.

Plus: Travis Barker attended DJ AM's funeral.
