    Ingredients

    1 lb (430 g) canned crushed pineapple in natural juice 1/2 cup (120 ml) coconut milk
    1/3 cup (85 g) superfine sugar 1 large lime

      Put the pineapple, sugar, and coconut milk in a blender.

      Squeeze the lime and add 2 tbsp of juice to the mixture. Mix again.

      Pour into ice-pop molds. Leave a little room at the top.

      ...and add the ice-pop sticks.
