Sitting down on a towel or a mat, extend your legs out straight. Place your hands just behind your hips, with your fingers facing the outer edge of your mat. Then, lift your hips off of the mat as high as you can; as you stretch your elbows, keeping your chest open and your neck long while looking straight ahead. Pull your stomach in tight and then bend your elbows slightly to return your hips to the floor. Repeat 30 times to tone up flabby arms and sculpt sexy abs.
