chime in nowMaybe it’s a sprinkle of hot chili powder in your hot chocolate (that’s how it’s done in Mexico), or sautéed kale in place of the same old broccoli. Next time you have a salad, toss the greens with some tofu and miso dressing for a change of pace. Skip the scalloped potatoes and try a gratin of winter root vegetables, like parsnips, turnips and rutabagas. An apple a day is sound advice, but why not go for a kiwi or pomegranate once in a while?
