Trying to Conceive: Can Running Affect Ovulation?
My wife currently runs about three to four miles a day. We are trying to have children but have been unsuccessful. We are curious could running have any effect before, during, and after ovulation?
Question:This topic has been fairly well researched and the conclusions are that if aerobic exercise has not caused cessation of menses or irregular menses, that there is no impact on fertility.
I would contact someone in your area who teaches the Billing's method of natural family planning. They teach a wonderful series of classes on cervical mucus testing and ovulation prediction which works to achieve a pregnancy, as well as prevent one.
Good luck to you.
