|3 cups turkey or chicken broth||1/2 teaspoon kosher salt|
|1/3 cup all-purpose flour||1/4 teaspoon black pepper|
|1 teaspoon fresh chopped thyme|
Warm the broth with the juices and bits from the roasting pan. Combine 1 cup of the warm broth with the flour in a small bowl and whisk until smooth. Add the thyme to the broth and then slowly whisk in the flour mixture. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer 5 to 10 minutes, until thickened. Serve hot.
