Some women get that undeniable glow when they get pregnant. Not so for Kristen Stewart's Bella, who, in the newly released full trailer for The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn -- Part 1, marries her dreamy vampire soul mate Edward (Robert Pattinson), engages in honeymoon sex so rigorous that it ruins the bed, gets preggers with a half-vampire/half-human baby and suddently starts to look like death warmed over. As the new trailer, which will surely intensify fans' already insane level of anticipation for the film's Nov. 18 release, points out, that's because Bella will surely die if she carries her little hybrid babe to term. The trailer shows glimpses of the elaborate, long-awaited wedding of Bella and Edward, with the couple saying their vows as family and loved ones look on.
Fans of the book will remember the confrontation between Bella and Jacob (Taylor Lautner) at the wedding reception, and there is a glimpse of the two of them hugging, Bella almost in tears.
After the passionate honeymoon night, which we also get to see a flash of, Edward says to Bella: "Last night was the best night of my existence!"Cut to Bella staring at her belly in the mirror, concern growing on her face. She couldn't be pregnant yet, could she? Oh yes, she is. And as Bella begins to look paler and more sallow -- are we the only ones who think she begins to resemble Skeletor? -- her father-in-law Carlisle tells her what we already know: "The fetus is incompatible with your body." Dun-dun-dun!
Stewart's pale face and Pattinson's intense eyes fill the preview clip, with wolves howling and vampires gathering for an epic showdown (because the wolves, except for Jacob, see Bella's baby as a threat). The first trailer for Breaking Dawn -- Part 1 was enough to sink our teeth (er, fangs) into, but this extended preview has made us really start counting the days until Nov. 18.
