If you've seen the trailer for the upcoming film Love Happens, you most certainly recognize the female lead. But who's that strong-chinned man romancing her?
That, friends, is Aaron Eckhart, a talented character actor who has, of late, bloomed into a certifiable romantic lead. You may have seen him recently as Two Face in The Dark Knight Returns - which is probably the most appropriate role he's ever taken, given that Mr. Eckhart is equally convincing as a sweet leading man and a total scumbag. Witness:
Aaron Eckhart, Guy You'd Take Home to Mom
In No Reservations, Aaron plays a free-spirited sous chef who romances uptight head chef Catherine Zeta Jones while still letting her be the boss. This incarnation of Aaron is irresistibly charming, convincingly good with kids -- and he can cook.

Aaron Eckhart, Guy Your Mother Warned You About:
For his role in In the Company of Men, Eckhart plays one of the most despicable guys ever committed to celluloid: He romances a deaf woman for sport, convinces his friend to compete for her affections and then cruelly dumps her. His complete lack of remorse by the end of the film will send chills down your spine and make you wonder if you can trust any man, ever again.
