Currently the fastest man alive, Jamaican sprinter Usain Bolt left his competitors in the dust at the 2008 Beijing Olympics. Bolt, then 20 years old, took home three gold medals for his country, breaking speed records in both the 100 meter and 200 meter races. Despite his historic time of 9.69 seconds in the 100m, Bolt could have gone even faster: was running with an untied shoe, and added to his time by showing off as he crossed the finish line. "Ah, I was having fun," he told the media. "That's just me. I like to have fun, just stay relaxed."
