I swear I feel like Usher's wife just had their first baby!
Usher and Tameka Foster are readying the nursery once again, as a source close to the couple says that the music man and his lady are expecting. This will be the second child for the duo who married in August 2007, after a few false starts. First came marriage, then came Usher Raymond V a.k.a. "Cinco", in the baby carriage, the following November. Now comes the double stroller....
