I've been trying to figure out how to fit a workout into my daily routine for ages. I'd really like to find a way to squeeze in some exercise somewhere between work and cleaning the house and cooking dinner and spending some time with my family. Although I haven't quite figured out how to make this happen, I did get some advice from two-time Dancing with the Stars winner Cheryl Burke. Cheryl suggests dancing your way through your cleaning routine and using your cleaning tools to up your level of exertion. She's planned out a whole dance routine with a vacuum cleaner in this video.
