Vanity Fair's new issue has put, in their opinion, four of the hottest up-and-coming actresses on their "New Wave" cover. Standing in all their white button-down shirt glory are Kristen Stewart, 18, Blake Lively, 20, Emma Roberts, 17, and Amanda Seyfried, 22.
To be honest, the only lady featured here that interests me in the least is Gossip Girl's golden girl Blake. But, before you go and accuse me of jumping on the "who's hot" bandwagon, I would like to inform all of you that I was mesmerized by Blake's performance in The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, when she was a brand new, no-name actress.
That being said, in a just a few short responses to VF's standard-actress line of questioning, Blake has won my heart all over again. Ask her about being a slave to fashion and she'll tell you, "Jimmy Choo and Chanel. I can't stand it: the security guards know me there." Ask her which guy has her heart (she's totally hooking up with co-star Penn Badgely) and my girl says, "I'm dating Brad Pitt." Ask her when she had her first "Hollywood" moment, and she answers, "I hope not ever."
How can you not love her? Do you think she'll be my new best friend?
