1.) Do you think the parent/child teams or the married couples teams have the advantage and why?
Vicky: The married couples have the distinct advantage of having chosen a life partner. We work together on a daily basis. Team work is a must for any married couple.

2.) Has your partner contributed to your weight gain before the show?
Vicky: I think that Brady and I have subconsciously sabotaged each others weight loss efforts in the past.

3.) Do you think losing weight with a family member is easier or harder than going it alone and why?
Vicky: I think losing weight a family member is easier in this instance. We were given the unique opportunity to both change our lives and it is a definite advantage for long term success as a family, for us both to be learning this new healthy lifestyle.

4.) What was the turning point in your life when you realized you needed to lose the weight?
Vicky: I think I always knew I needed to lose weight but what forced me to quit ignoring the problem was when I noticed that my daughter was following in my footsteps.

5.) Who worked harder at losing weight—you or your partner?
Vicky: Although, I know that Brady worked really hard I think that given my injuries and the fact that I don't burn calories as readily as he does that I probably put in more time than he did.

6.) What advice can you give to people who want to lose weight? What's the best advice you got?
Vicky: Believe in yourself! You don't need to be a contestant on a reality show to lose weight. If you put your mind to it you can do anything! The best advice I received was to eat healthy. I used to eat fast food and junk food and I always felt tired. Eating healthy makes you feel better and gives you more energy for your workouts.

7.) What's your favorite workout?
Vicky: I like swimming! You get a really great workout. And for me, it's a double advantage because I use it to reflect on things in my life. It's my meditation time. In addition it's very easy on tired joints.

8.) What's the best advice Bob or Jillian has given you?
Vicky: The best advice Bob gave me was to trust myself. I have always had trust issues with people and I never realized that I didn’t trust myself either. I needed to learn to believe in myself and that was the key to success in my life.

9.) What's your favorite meal?
Vicky: I love Fage yogurt 0%, 10 blueberries, 1/4 ounce of chopped walnuts and a Splenda.
