When my personality changed because of how I felt about myself. Realizing my low self-esteem.

How to just do what I needed to do no matter what.
iVillage: Did you think it’s harder or easier to be on the show with a family member as a teammate as opposed to competing by yourself?
Family member I would assume, but I don't know.
iVillage: If you could have done one thing differently during the show, what would it be?
Eaten more calories on the ranch. It would have kept me there longer.
iVillage: What's the hardest thing to adapt to while living on the ranch?
The cutthroat [attitude] of gamers

[My] results thus far. Not wanting to go back to where I was before this.
