Amy Poehler is one busy lady. Besides being the mom to almost 1-year-old son Archie, she's got a new season of the NBC show Parks & Recreation. We sat down to chat with her about how it feels juggling first-time motherhood with taping her Office-style mockumentary show. Like most working mothers, she admitted to trying to figure out how to balance it all -- and keep her perspective. "The hours are long," she says. "But you're not digging ditches."
Days before giving birth to her little guy, a very pregnant Poehler "filled in" for the real-life Gov. Sarah Palin in an SNL gangsta rap performance that involved dancing Eskimos and a "motherhumpin' moose." It's easily one of the funniest about-to-pop pregnant woman moments in TV history. We chatted with the funny actress about that memorable SNL moment. "I remember it being a time of incredible excitement," she says, lighting up a bit. "It felt the way it looked, which was surreal."
